Sausage rolls

So it’s Friday… Mrs Fitz liked Friday Its a significant day in many religions as well as signifying the end of the week…

Friday always feels good! and think if the advertising campaigns that are bully around Friday’s “thank Crunchie it’s Friday” and there must be more than that … Ahem.. Ummmmm x

Mrs Fitz and her work colleagues asked for the sausage rolls .. so I dutifully accepted .. quite lucky really having been to the store and also been to my butcher.. So I had fresh pork that was getting turned into sausages anyways..

So onto these ones… Added chestnut stuffing.. Fresh ground pork.. And apple sauce.. So perhaps not that sausagey really!!

Yet wrapped in their all butter pastry jackets.. Washed with an egg and milk wash.. And put into a 200 degree oven till risen .. They look cool.. Like proper rustic numbers!!

Hope they like them, and happy Friday yall!!
