Rotisserie chicken wraps

The store that I really quite enjoy going to has taken on a new range if rotisserie chicken.. No longer can you get small or large.. You just get a size which is kinda in the middle.. This makes perfect sense to me as i never really understood the small ones anyways.. And they are on a special at the moment..

So the hounds get their share of the darker and grizzlier bits.. Leaving us with the crown..

This crown chopped & dusted with taco spices and added to peppers that had been burnt up a little and white onions.. And if course mrs Middletons pimped roscoff garlic oil

A floppy flatbread made so simply..

250 flour
125 water
Corn oil
Salt
Sugar
Yeast

Mixed.. Slapped about ..left to rise..

Rolled out and left again

Cooked on the iron pan.

Perfect!! Like seriously perfect!

All put together and creme fraich to seal the deal..
