Left over beef into Chinese lunch

Good thing about having leftovers from the Sunday roast is often the leftover meals you make after.. It sometimes outshines the original meal!

Today’s lunch was a product of this..

Chopped beef, roscoff onion , French beans, udon noodles, mixed mushrooms and a sachet of oyster and spring onion sauce courtesy of blue dragon..

Simply fried the onion and French beans.. Added the beef.. Added the noodles … Shiwzzle shwizzle shwoosh..

The sauce emptied into the wok..

TADA !

Top rump beef and mushroom with French beans and udon noodles in oyster and spring onion sauce..

Brilliant! Mrs Fitz loved it.. Cool..

And I had the last of the mashed swede carrot and spuds, fried off in some roscoff garlic oil..

With a dollop of stokes ketchup..

Delicious!

You gotta love leftover meals..

  1. We both had beef! I made leftovers-stroganoff, tasty but yours looks scrumptious!
