For us we recycled the lamb chops with more biryani , this time adding a yoghurt made with low fat natural yoghurt some roscoff garlic and some umami rush powder. Lovely yet the lamb chops are so much better straight from the fire instead if from chef ping… Still delicious though ..
My pal Ben swung by on the way back from the pub and borrowed some of the sausage , a slice of the Turkish pepper and a pack of rice..
He seems to have turned it into a cracking dish!! Perfect use up material..
I knew that the overcook on the BBQ was not an oversight!
