These are cookers .. Wonderful juicy spicy smoky flavours.. That leaking of oil. They are cool..
So added the Mr Fitz secret spices.. Left to let the flavours meld together ..
And hand cranked into sheeps casings.. The perfect casing for these..
Linked and left to bloom overnight in the fridge..
