Easy store bought jar Indian curry

Sometimes it’s just easier to use to store bought jars. They are very good very good indeed really have come a long way since they used to be.

Reduced lamb leg from the butcher counter at the store about half a kilo simply brown the meat… Add the jar ( this one from a well known Indian family) , and you have lamb rogan josh forty minutes later..

For less money than a take out and loads better, sure it’s great to take all the wonderful spices.. Toast them in a dry pan.. Crush them up.. Add stocks, butters and creams.. And create a try authentic dish… And you know I do that from time to time.. Yet these jars are cool x

Also had some marinated chicken fried chopped in the freezer to get out to defrost. Another store bought jar of tikka sauce added simply placed in a glass dish and popped into the oven with the curry for 40 minutes

I tell you nice quick easy Indian supper served with the family pizza bread heated on the iron skillet lovely..
