Trawled through the Internet looking at lots of different recipes for butternut squash and sweet potato soup coming up with various variations decided instead to go with what you think you know..

Simple. Just boil and butternut squash and sweet potato pre-chopped with vegetable bouillon and some Lebonese seven spice some chilli and that’s it!

When nice and soft and tender leave to cool Whizz up with the stick blender and wahh Lahhh six tubs of sooper soup for the cold that coming soon..

I forget how easy soup is to make an actually how nice it is when you make your own Soup stuff the canned stuff
