Best thing about roasting a juicy chuck?
Leftovers!!
Well with the addition of a lovely salad..
Of carrots, wild rocket, pink Indian onions, Italian baby vine toms..( delicious them!)..
Hitting that up with some pomegranate …
Am loving using pomegranate seeds.. That fresh pop is a snappy dappy doodle burst of sweet freshness..
A yoghurt minty sauce made from natural yoghurt and a great jar that I have found that is just mint.. You can add sugar and vinegar etc to make mo sauce yet this is. Great addition.. Must tell my attorney as Thais sauce is kinda dedicated to him!
With a squizzle of olive oil atop..
I have found this fantastic place that is a turkish type of mini mart .. And they have amazing breads alongside zillions of things I cannot even begin to understand ! We are in Istanbul in May so perhaps the secrets will be revealed..!
And this flat bread I rubbed with irish butter and topped it off with roasted zatar.. Not the green zatar ..
Into the oven ..
Then out.. The chicken heated..
Some dollops of this amazing Italian pepper smushy thingy..
Simply stunning indeed..
