Umm yup ..

but Mr Fitz why?

Well to give to my Mama and her husband ..

Following kinda the same as I would with my classic rolls..

Store bought pastry.

Vegetarian sausages.. Defrosted and mixed with paxo apple stuffing ..

Squished up and onto the pastry..

Rolled over ..

Brushed with a little milk.. And sesame seeds sprinkled over ( ideally I would have liked to have used soya milk it almond milk yet don’t keep it..

Into the oven at 200 degrees real money..

They rose .. I delivered them.. They seem to have gone down well..

Maybe next time I might even try one… Ahem…
