Simply sliced.. And the pan misted with that really neat lurpack thing.. It’s very neat..

Left to get hot .

Spuds in.. Left alone so they don’t break up..

Flipped then miso butter added to the pan.. OOOH this is a great smelling looking and (a sneaky taste) tells me it’s delicious!

And delicious it certainly was.,
