Chilli sausages and lam leftovers rice fry

Easy supper was required , also to use up the left over lamb from those Lebanese Barnsley chops…

For Mrs Fitz it was a simple sausage and onion Demi baguette, with dijonaise, caramalised shallots and the Mr Fitz chilli sausages from the other day.. Cooked Keith Richards style until charred and slightly sticky.. Gotta admit these looked and smelt good!!!

For me? The left over Lebanese Barnsley chops,, stripped of their meat and the bones given to the Mr Wentworth and Cora Murley, who were most appreciative indeed…

Simply fried up with a chopped up Vietnamese stir fry pack and some egg rice… And some frozen petit peas.. Delicious indeed.. A great example of using up left overs.. And still some left for lunch!!!
