Bangers, mash and gravy

even just re reading that title makes  me smile.. Like really makes me smile.. and who wouldn’t .. It’s one of the ultimate comfort foods.. 

Perfect for post Easter feasting..

First the mash.. Maris pipers boiled with a piece of Rosemary and expertly mashed up by Mrs Fitz with a great helping of salted butter and some Bristol blend pepper.. 


The sausages are not my own admittedly .. Yet they are really rather pleasant Irish recipe ones.. And baked off they are quite tasty indeed..

With a gravy of fried onion and highgrove beef gravy paste (very nice that stuff!).. 


No veggies required.. 

Just a knife and fork..

Three thumbs up..
