All that veal? It’s a wrap.. 

So it’s over .. 

For now anyways.. 

Enough rose veal.. 

For now..

So last outing of the leftover roasted topside.. 

Chopped up..

 

Into an iron pan with carrot, shallot, Turkish pepper, Celery, herbs and cumin.. 

 A dairy collective yoghurt number of ridged cucumber, dill, salt and pepper.. 

 

Into warmed red ticket flatbreads.,
