With leftovers the deal right now as we head off to the Emerald Isle..
It’s that great chicken tikka from the other night.. A sauce made up from onion , garlic and ginger paste, and a handful of this and that from remements of some Shan family packets.. Plus some smoked paprika.. Maybe a little too much. Some dried peacock fenugreek.. And a great dollop of the desi organic ghee smuggled back from our Indian adventures !
It looks like this when the natural yoghurt gets added too..
Plus the aloo gobhi made with some potatoes that needed eating.. A small cauliflower .. Onions, garlic and ginger paste plus some pav bhaji spices.. A drop of chilli powder to heat it up.. And of course the wonderful organic desi ghee..
With some excellent Turkish wholemeal breads..
