It’s gotta be a quick Scooby snack..

That’s a very hot pan that has been greased.. 

Then the paper in the top.. And pushed down with a lid.. I gotta hook myself up with a ‘smash’ tool/implement ..

 A good slug of Dutch beer ..

To help flavour and succulence!

That’s all boiled off and the burgers are excellent and have not lost their crispy outside..

 These are so juicy delicious! 

Onto dressed buns..

No fries no nothing.. Just excellent meat in brioche ..

 Yeah!
