with bits needing eating it’s time to get creative.. Well let’s be honest this ain’t that creative really!
Some chicken did Mrs Fitz fine, sprinkled with cumin, salt and pepper and smoke sweet paprika..
And that great short rib beef for me..
A chopped salad of crisp iceberg, shredded carrot, tomatoes and baby onions.
And sour cream mixed with Turkish urfa pepper and valantina sauce.
All layered up into hard shells that were warmed in the oven.

Prudys chips ‘n’ chicken fried steak
Chicken curry, veal kofta curry, mushroom and pea curry, carrot and brussel sprout curry, lamb kebabs, ghee buttered rice, yoghurt breads…
Gyros, doner kebab, doner time, elephant legs… Straw fries, easy yoghurt bread..
I think leftovers make the best meals. Maybe partly because they are so easy.
