Sometimes simple is best..

And what better than a baked potato.. Or two .. 😏 (each)..

Simply baked in the top oven.. A skewer inserted .. Rubbed with Mrs middletons straight up oil.. And some vegemare salt.. 

A chopped salad of shredded carrot, crunch iceberg.. Baby brown onions and vine tomatoes..

With a simple dressing of oil, vinegar, salt , pepper and a splash of Japanese soy …

The last of the jersey butter made this a fantastic supper..

Meat? Huh but Mr Fitz what’s the story?!!)

Nope no meat.. And didn’t miss it..
