Short rib , shiitake and sugar pea Udon noodles in Black bean and garlic #leekumsauce

gone all noodly.. Noodly doodly..

A couple of short ribs and great fresh shiitakes ..

And sliced thin..

Noodles boiled off with some dried seaweed.. Forget the type..

They get a light dressing in this fantastic sauce..

With a little shredded heritage carrots

And the beef and mushrooms fried out with some of the last of the smuggled French onions..

And then the sugar peas added..

I loved it!

Mrs Fitz not so keen… Ah well you win some and .. Well you get it..
