with the last of the tandoori chicken needing eating..
Shredded and mixed up with a pack of the most excellent veg biryani uncle bens rice.. That stuff really is worth keeping in the store cupboard..
A little butter to enrich it.. 😉
A chopped salad made with Italian cucumber, tomato , the last of the romaine lettuce and done white onion., all dusted with chaat masala spice..
Some rotis made up so easy by just adding warm water to the atta flour..
Into balls..
Rolled out and cooked on the iron flat pan..
A simple yoghurt thing made with whipped plain culinary yoghurt , Turkish urfa pepper and Greek olive oil..
