After marinating those lovely lamb chops in all kinds of great things!
It meant we still had a bunch left over.. (Still have the Chimchurri skirt too yet that’s for another meal!)..
So with the addition of extra pomegranate molasses they got grilled..
Till lovely and dark.. Not burnt.. Just dark.. Seriously it’s the sweety/sour scrumpdiddlyumtious pomegranate..
To go with?
French green beans , red onion, and French garlic fried up with fine pancetta.. And jersey pearl potatoes..
With extra Chimchurri and a chopped salad with newmans ranch..
