Huh?
Well easy really..
The first outing for this bit of brisket was as a trad meal..
Slo cooked with carrots, shallots, celery and stock ..
That made a hearty dinner..
Lovely!
And with leftovers.. Chopped
Dusted in cornflour and fried in uncles bens wok.. With jarred roasted red peppers.. And sweet chilli sauce.. Some water added to loosen it up..
A simple chow mein made with onions and wok spices..
That beef all sticky and lovely..
Taa daaa!!!!!
Cora Murley thought it was cool too..
We got snow now.. And I need to bbq the red pork..
Will wait for a break in the snow perhaps..
