Left-over injun food

It’s true..

It really is true..

Injun food gets better with age.. Just that small holiday spent in the fridge does indeed increase the deliciousness ..

Mrs Fitz made the dough as I was out .. No yeast just a little baking powder and pimped mrs Middletons Lebanese herb oil .. Along with the flour and water of course!


It rose well after spending some solitary time in the hot press ..

And rolled out provided lovely bubbles and lightness..



Chef ping reheated the injun delights..


And it was eaten with gusto and knowing nods across the table at each other..


A very delightfully delicious supper..
