Again Mrs Fitz made a great looking dough .. We let it rise and then stretched it and slashed it.. Adding mrs Middletons roscoff garlic oil and sprinkled with zatar.. Gotta love zatar on breads like this..
I think I may have been a little heavy handed with the adding of the oil and maybe pushed some of the springiness out.. Not sure..we are still playing with temperature too. This one began at 200 real money for ten minutes then dropped down to 180 for ten minutes. It was cooked through and tasty yet not golden… Hmmm
