Needed to use up these great Nuremberg sausages I got given from a pal that got given them from a visiting pal from Austria..
I love the Nuremberg sausage.. If you don’t know it you really should! Steeped in history.. And today wrapped in batter!
Made a quick and easy batter .. The sausages were already cooks last night in prep for this..
Heated the oil.. Added the great sausages .. Poured over the batter into a hot oven..
Served with store cupboard gravy…
Ok not the best toad in the hole ever!!
Yet a perfect lunch for me and Mr Wentworth and Cora Murley.. Perfect..
