Perfect for a lunch or supper .. Simple steamed salmon in a all natural dressing.. We bought a bunch of these on reduced tickets.. They freeze excellently .. You just have to remember to take them out the night before!

Just taken out of the packet.. At room temperature.. It comes with a lemon an dill mayonnaise ..

Boiled spuds dressed in fresh mint , Mediterranean flower salt.. and French sea salt butter.

Assembled with salad leaves . Good ones these they seem last when opened not turn to mush!!

In the glorious weather we are currently blessed with its a perfect lunch..
