Baked red potatoes .. Leftovers for supper

That wonderful keema that Mrs Fitz made in Sunday had another roll out ..

That’s the greatest thing about leftovers! Not with lettuce cups this time., something a bit more hearty ..

And what better than baked potatoes?

Who can really resist a good baked spud?

Crisp on the outside from the garlic oil and flower salt coating.. Skewered so the middle steams up .. Cracked open and buttered..

Adding the keema and sour cream..

Snipping garden chives over the top..

This is simple comfort food..

The horns in the pic are for the hounds.. Water buffalo horns.. And a puffed pigs snout.. They love them! P ..
