You gotta make lemonade!

After a quick re confirmation of the recipe.. And this really is the easiest one I reckon. It was game on..

The metrics are simple .. A cup of lemon juice, a cup of water, a cup of sugar.. Then ‘loosen’ to taste with more water..

Method ?

Juice the lemons. Speed things up by using the processor.. Meanwhile heat the one cup of water and one cup of sugar to make a syrup..

Once syrup is ready.. Add the lemon juice and water to taste..

Pour into bottles . Lucky I had these artisan lemonade ones! (We use them as water bottles) ..

I doubled the recipe..

It’s chilling in the fridge. I am looking forward to chilling with it tomorrow ..
