Beef rib supper..

Still going through the using up of that delightful Hereford beef .. So here goes it with another beef cooking!! (Going for turkey this Sunday , for a change!)

Great beef seasoned with pimped up Mrs Middletons roscoff garlic oil.. Umami powder.. Chilli salt and Bristol blend pepper.. No searing here. Just into the oven.. 235 for twenty minutes. Done to 150 for a further 15.. That’s it..

Seriously that’s it..

Baby potatoes tossed in oil and herbs roasted in the pan juices while the beef rests..

Served with horse radish sauce and a bottle of cava..

Simple delight..
