Left over roast beef = spring rolls/egg rolls

Never really known the difference between spring rolls and egg rolls and a quick Internet search doesn’t really help either way this is a great way to use up leftover roast beef!!

The wrappers for this I buy from the Chinese superstore they seem to freeze pretty well although on taking out the first packet when they kind of de-frosted they were too brittle to use..

Luckily I had another packet and this packet seemed fine although having to sort through sheets to get to the better ones must remember maybe they don’t free so well for a long period of time!!!

A simple bag of store bought Chinese mixed veg the kind sold for stirfries yet quite a good one with water chestnuts and bamboo shoots also..with addition of some frozen peas ..

Chopped up the leftover roast beef added the juice that was left in the bottom of the container that the beef was being stored in mixed together with a sashay of black beans sauce

Rolled into the wrappers and simply shallow fried in a wok of vegetable oil

Served with a good quality store bought Springroll dipping sauce supper sorted x lovely jubbly
