Went for a use up supper .. Had some of that homemade turkey super special priced sausage that I made..
This being the I skinned and unpoached variety .. The bit that wouldn’t get stuffed into casings at the time ..
Fried diced banana shallots .yellow and orange peppers diced.. Roscoff garlic.. Herbs de Provence .. Salted butter and olive oil.. All till soft..
Added the crumbled turkey sausage meat.. A splash of Worcestershire and a Twizzle of Bristol blend pepper .. A few breadcrumbs.. Fresh parsley And stuffed them into ‘ stalk taken out’ and peeled mushrooms..
Drizzled with pimped mrs Middletons Lebanese herbed oil ..
Piled ontop with a spoon..
Put in the roto oven at 180 for 50 mins x
Served with ranch and chola sauces.. I gotta admit. This was indeed a fine supper.
