Wow it’s a long walk from the Palazzo to this joint!! Sheesh already!! X

The Sage in Aria is in what appears to be a shopping mall.. it kinda puts you off already!

Passed by loads of interesting things and people’s.. very interesting..

For supper though?

Remember that this is high volume high footfall dining.. a serious amount of people‎ come and eat here.. and I was one of the lucky ones..

Wagu beef tartar for starters.. deee-lisshhh-ooouus!

Melting braised veal cheeks next.. and mighty fine they were also..

By this time I am amazed by this food‎ in this place..

Desert?

Not for me..

I would though suggest Sage for a tasty treat x
