What a miserable day. So what to make for supper? Something wholesome and comforting.. (just like I needed yesterday x)
Cottage Pie jumps out as ideal. (it sure is a winner!)
Defrost the chopped shin on the defrost tray, the HG carrots and peas. Set up the pressure cooker and cooked the meat for 20min with beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, tomato puree, onion, garlic and the veg.
Boiled some HG potatoes, mashed with butter, salt and pepper. Topped the meat in a casserole dish and put in oven at 200c for about 15 mins to crisp up the potatoes.
Served in bowls. Delicious!!!
