Chinese veal use up – blackbean

‎For lunch today.. use up time.. that roast shoulder of veal.. some frozen peas, mushrooms, ginger garlic and an onion… black bean sauce from the cupboard and ready to wok and woll wholewheat noodles..

Super high heat.. stirfry up.. touch of water.. lunch… DONE!

(bit salty that blackbean sauce though) x
