‎Decided to un-pot some of my spuds.. picked the one that was looking most likely.. marched the pot outside.. easier to lose the soil that way.. x

Got just enough for supper for three of us! Fantastic.. is quite funny that the first post on this blog was potatoes.. well these were lovely.. simply boiled and fried in olive oil.. divine!

Also a spatchcoked chicken in zatar and paprika and fresh thyme.. oven roasted.. placed atop spuds.. simple and delicious!

Home made slaw ala Mrs Fitz.. green salad.. lovely

Dessert? Mrs Fitz special treat for me x lemon meringue pie, ice lolly, rainbow belts, new York cheesecake, and an icecream.. x

Can’t wait for the next potatoes.. cool!
