We love lavash bread..  

It’s a lovely lovely thing.. That huge paper thin delicate bread… Perfect for wrapping up or using as a scoop.. We are lucky to have some Turkish community near us that seem to carry a myriad of winderous things.. 

So this was a couple of wrap outings.. First was a feather streak sliced thin and fried fast.. A salsa of corn from a prior meal with red onion, baby Italian tomatoes, coriander and lime.. Delicious! 

And as the packet contains a few of these it means that we have another outing.. 

This time stealing some of the hounds red ticket rotisserie chicken.. A sweet lettuce salad and a good shake of Brazilian churrasco sauce.. 

 
That’s two fine wraps for sure!
