The Radisson Blu however seems very cool.. Despite my suite not being ready till 18:00hrs!! (Have traded those hours for a late 16:00 hrs checkout.. Cool x

Its about the homemade crisps (chips) that are available in the business lounge.. They are cool.. From ‘real’ potatoes.. With that taste of grease that tells ya that they were cooked today!.. Nice!
Oh.. And a glass of wine.. Asked the lounge host how the wine was.. She replied “I am not allowed to taste it..” That’s a shame..! Surely they should know what they have!! Still.. Will mention it in my 0800hrs meeting..
Off to eat italian beef tonite.. A Chicago institution I am told.. And then a food tour tomorrow.. Will keep ya posted x
