Left oven Chicken (special)

Ok.. Had the left over chicken..

Gonna be quick tonite.. Chop it up.. Mold it adding NO more fat.. Need to be quick and a little more squishy than normal x

Into poop shapes (better than it sounds you get a thick middle and a skinnier end!)..

Into egg wash… Into those crumbs.. (See scotch eggs) can’t beat em x

Fridge them up..

Mean time.. Boil up some rafeytte (french) spuds (mebbe wrong pronunciation yet lovely all the same , am sure google will spell check you well!)

Add..

Radish into discs.. Real young spring onions, parsley, mint and a bag of good young leaves , steves leaves this time.. They don’t seem to compost so quick when you open them!

Add butter and good olive green oil..

Push up with a fork.. Mix up well..

Fry off chicken thingies till done.. You will know when..

Serve with chinese chili sauce (bought of course)..
