A couple of days no posting..
Been busy.. I have a few new ideas that I am working on., thing is they take some time.. Time huh?
Sometimes it runs away with you sometimes it just creeps along..
Recently it’s been running off!
Yet there is always time to make a nice supper.. And we have had some chicken outings recently.. The tacos from the #tacotuesday and then these..
That wonderful dish of crunchy batter with soft juicy chicken that the Chinese takeouts do so well ..
This one is made with red ticket free range rotisserie chicken breast.,
A batter made with extra special double dragon flour.. Water and some bicarbonate..
A little won ton stock powder to flavour up the batter..
Then simply dredged and fried off in sunflower oil ..
It’s a fried savoury sweetly delight!
And some left over for a next day lunch wrap too!
