with a wee bit of that delicious rib of beef left over it had to be turned into taco’s ( ok am a little late with this post!).. #tacotuesday one of the only days that I seem to accidentally fall into! Great marketing that! Although I do think that the Nordic tradition of tacos on a Friday is interesting too..
This is real quick.. First cut the rib up.. Then dust in big red rub..
And some Turkish loma pepper, a red onion , cooks celery and some fat smuggled French garlic..
A leetle wild orgegano and some thyme helps that out..
The beef fried off in the wiped clean yet not too clean iron pan..
And the rest is pretty simple indeed.. A salad made up with some fridge bits..with a lime and Amarillo chilli dressing..
And piled up into hard corn shells hotted up by chef ping..
Delicious! (I always get the broken ones too.. )
