Still on the lamb!
Decided to try make our own Chinese style pancakes to go with the lamb that I shredded and fried off with hoisin and garlic sauce along with an extra amount of ketjip manis.. And strips of cucumber, romaine lettuce and carrot dusted in teriyaki powder stuff and rice vinegar..
The pancakes made with dumpling flour..
Served up with Korean chilli sauce.. Sour cream and salsa verde ..
