hang on a second.. Supper on a swimming pool? 

Umm … yeah just that.. 

Seeng as it is our last supper at the Tree of Life resort .. It was time to pull those aces outta my sleeves .. not that I would normally store any kinda cards up my sleeves.. Let alone tricks.. Not up my sleeves nor in a bag.. Anyhooo 

So thing special to set s special memory in our heads.. Now these pictures just cannot explain how truly beautiful and ULTRA UBER special this was.. 

The setting? The yoga pavilion on the infinity pool., all lit up., by candles and pool lights.,

How beautiful right? 😉 and 

And the food well it was as beautiful as my company for that evening…ahhh huh? 😊

They lit a fire right next to the pool for us incase we were cold! Like a real fire! You gotta love India!
     
The food was of course exceptional, 

Beautiful so soft and tender murgh tikka done in a new spice blend…

    
A lamb dish, another. Chicken dish..a dry potato dish.. A pineapple raita ! All so different from the ones we have been having … I wish I had written them down ! (Still I have chefs email so am sure will get them …)..

   
Breads , popadoms, salads, all just freakin great! 
For pudding?

This great rice pudding thing.. So sweetie and creamy… (No pic it got ate!)

Chef popped up the hill to say hi .. We had a moment.. Funny how food really brings people together , breaks down all language and differences, perhaps we should just bomb menus and supper invites instead? 

  
What a neat time we have had here.. 

All the staff have been so personable and professional , I am sure we will return here one day..

And big time thanks to our most excellent supper butler..

   
Man we sure are gonna miss this place …
