Ramen lunch with ‘that’ blythburgh belly pork

with great leftovers at my disposal it calls for a great lunch.. 

That pork.. 

 

It screams ramen to me..

Spare rib broth disks from the Chinese store .. Into the hot water.. Some egg noodles .. A handful of a mixed stir fry red ticket bag.. Good them.. You get bamboo shoots and everything! 

Some o that pork.. And two white eggs .. I really like white eggs.. Dunno why.. Yet all around the world I have found that the white shell eggs are the best.. 

 It’s soupy nourishing goodness.. 

 

Check that porky stock.. Stunning .. 

Fresh coriander just a-rocks it!  
And those white eggs? 

  
Perfecto ( or whatever you say in Japanese ramen world !!)..
