ok.. So all those salads? Five?
Well that for sure is my five a day?
Well how did we eat them?
First take hanger steak and marinate it in chimichurri..
Then make up some breads.. Easy dough .. Just remember equal weight of flour to natural youghurt.. A pinch of salt and this time out some dried fenugreek leaves..
Mix them up.. And roll them out..
Cooked on the iron pan.. And some of my homemade butter rubbed over ..
The steaks cooked with more homemade butter..( normal service is resumed)..
All served up.. To pick and choose through all five of those salads..
Lovely!! That’s five a day for sure!
And a drop of my elderflower champagne
