Delias recipe scones with fresh strawberry whooped cream

Therr are something’s that you just have to call on Delia Smith for.. This is one of em for sure!

The recipe is so simple and it works really well.. From zero to scone hero in no time at all!! My kinda pudding!

South made and stamped out with a bubbles glass..perfect size..

They bake in just under fifteen minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven..

While that’s going on whip up the double cream.. Takes a while yet is worth it!

As it’s not really strawberry season they need a little help sweetening .. So sliced and icing sugar added..

Then they got smushed into the cream and whopped up once more..you cannot beat strawberrys and cream.. Here comes summer !

Those little scones cooled a little and split by hand..

Cream spooned in.. Ooh yeah!! Very very good indeedo!!’

NOW THATS PUDDING!!
