Fresh French unsalted butter and I leave the always argued condiment choice to you.. Personally it’s red for us..

This bacon is awesome!!

Middle bacon .. Increasingly rare to get ahold of.. Unless of course you have a good bacon producer near you..

This was is lightly smoked and with rind.. I snip that off these days.. The hounds love it as a treat!!

Cooked in no oil in the iron pan..

Not too crispy.. This needs a chew still.. Just to make sure it’s enjoyed even more!

Wonderful!!! And this bacon is so nice the pan just wipes clean.. And no nasty. Smells left lingering!!

You gotta lay your hands on some middle bacon.. Keep asking for it.. Then they will have to get some in stock!
