Mrs Fitz makes a great keema.. With the help from the Shan family.. Yet with added zip.. Fresh ginger and garlic amongst other things..
So with this lovely lamby goodness available for supper it had to be a two way affair..
First up.. Lamb keema breads.. A chapati style dough.. rolled and keema placed into the hollow then covered and rolled.. Heated on the flat iron pan .. These are seriously good!
It also really stretches out the keema mix!
Second to the stage tonite..
Lettuce cups with keema and sour cream..
Who doesn’t love lettuce cups ? Simple delightful tasty stuff ..
Now.. Ready ??
Put the two together and squeal in delight!!!
