Our Christmas pudding.. Brioche bread and Madagascar vanilla custard

Doing this backwards..

‎Let’s start with pudding..

Father Fitz.. digs sweet sweet. Puddings.. so what to do?

I reckon.. get a brioche a $$$$ bill yall brioche.. lovely toasted yet with the addition of a madagascar vanilla custard.. (the kind kept behind by waitrose staff… you know who you are..) x

Sliced brioche.. covered in the madagascar vanilla custard.. added plump raisins.. and a very liberal.. feck you can’t even call it a ‎liberal.. sprinkle.. it was a ‘SMACK’.. of sticky darl musco sugar.. smuggled back from Mauritius..

Baked at 175 covered.. then released.. like a white tiger into the wild.. feels good yet a bit outta state..

You know what?

This TIGER ROARED!!!

That’s what you get for making up recipes sometimes huh?
