Middle eastern wraps

‎Gone back to wonderful wraps.. the pilloweee warm breads.. dusted with zatar spice prior to heating.. chopped Romano peppers, beef tomatoes, scallions, iceberg lettuce, guacamole, tatziki, and beet root and sour cream sauces..

All atopped with diced red onion, ras al hanout‎ and bristol blend pepper..

The meat? Wonderful kebobs made with mince, dried fenugreek, spinach, parsley and chives.. plus some secrets.. x

Smushed up together.. turned on a wooden spoon to get the classic kebob shape.. you know the one.. with hole in the middle allowing the meat to steam from the inside also.. lovely indeed..

Wrapped up in those billowy pockets of warmth.. bought from the middle eastern guys on the market‎..

A taste of sun and clean foods in cold dark evenings.. superb x

And the icecream ? Clotted cream with honeycomb.. and an oreo for good measure x
