Beef stew.. pressure cookered.. 21 mins from chopping browning and waterering.. frickin amazing man!

Usual suspects.. carrots, onions, garlic, beefs, celery, herbs, water.. stock.. and at the end a squeeze or Bomba that wonderful tomatoe paste..Yet sooped up!

Mrs Fitz made some lovely buttermilk bread to go with though.. just lovely.. with Mrs Middleton’s pimped up rapeseed oil..

Lovely supper.. lovely indeed x
