Yes! Well I was given said head yesterday after the Nags Golf Day and purchased a few trotters ready to brine. Brined today so in a couple of days I will start to create the famous brawn and post it for you. I am going to use the pressure cooker since it should only take around 1 hour not the normal 4 to 5 hours.
